Quality Control Techinican

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

-incoming resin inspection and associated records.

-incoming colourant inspection and associated records.

-monthly audit of incoming resin received in Gaylord”s

-1st off approval and updating sample retention.

-preparing capability charts for C of A’s.

-preparing and maintaining material certificate records.

-maintaining filing system.

-updating material lot numbers

-implement and maintain work instructions and ensure documentation is revised as required.

-assist team leader in calibration activities.

-follow up product non conformances and update on-hold forms

-prepare pre shipment samples as required.
