Quality Control Team Lead (Mat Leave Coverage)

Position: Quality Control Lead Technician

Reports to: Quality Assurance Supervisor

Starting wage is $24 - 27 per hour.

We are looking for a QC Lead Technician to join our Quality Assurance team! This position will help ensure all products meet regulatory, internal, and customer requirements, as well as supporting administrative tasks within the department.

Opportunities

Responsibilities include support QA Supervisor on training and developing QC Technicians, managing QC paperwork for the department, staying organized in a fast-paced environment and effectively coaching production staff while demonstrating consistency and follow-through. At the same time, this provides the opportunity to support, maintain, and achieve high-quality standards for our products.
