Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Quality and Environment, or ICT fields, with experience in quality management; At least 3 years of professional experience in quality management and control roles; Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001) and process auditing; Ability to work across organizations and think analytically, with the aptitude to interact with fixed and mobile telecommunications operators, 112 service operators and supervisors, entities within the 112 ecosystem, technical teams, and authorities; Fluency in English; Ability to work under pressure and in critical situations; Strong communication skills.Work with us:
