Overview
The Quality Control Specialist ensures that all aircraft maintenance activities are performed safely, correctly, and in accordance with aviation standards. Your inspections directly influence aircraft readiness, safety, and mission capability for the customer.
Responsibilities
+ Perform scheduled, unscheduled, and random inspections to ensure maintenance work meets aviation standards, technical publications, and safety requirements.
+ Review maintenance performed across all disciplines—including Powertrain, Engines, Avionics, Electrical, Sheet Metal, Welding, Armament, Corrosion Control, Tool Control, and more—to confirm accuracy and compliance.
+ Conduct 100% inspections, monthly inspections, and observation-based quality checks.
+ Verify aircraft logbooks, records, and readiness data for accuracy and completeness.
