Quality Control Manager

Our client, a well-established civil construction contractor delivering large-scale earthworks projects across Western Canada, is looking to add a QC Manager to their site team at a major mining project in BC.

This is a site-based role on a 14/7 rotation. LOA is provided for non-local candidates. Local candidates may be considered on a different schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific QC plans, ITPs, and inspection procedures.
• Oversee all quality control activities related to civil earthworks, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Manage and maintain QC documentation, records, and reporting (documentation-heavy role).
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and audits with internal teams, consultants, and the client.
