Quality Control Inspector

Job Scopes & Responsibility

• Perform basic quality inspections on raw materials, in-process, and finished goods
• Carry out product sampling, visual inspection and measurement
• Record inspection results and maintain QC documentation
• Identify non-conforming products and report findings to the QC Supervisor
• Support production team in maintaining quality standards
• Follow SOPs, safety rules, and company quality requirements
• Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least High School/ Certificate or Diploma related field is required for this position
• Experience in going or outgoing product & process
• Experience in using caliper, micrometer, height gauge, pin gauges and basic profile projector
• Able to work shift
• Communication and interpersonal skills
