Quality Control Inspector

Primary Role Focus Perform receiving QC, in process inspection, testing verification and final inspection of components and assemblies and verify inspection, test, and validation records for conformance against engineering, operational and order requirements.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities Inspect, test, and measure materials using gauges, calipers, and micrometers, as well as operate electronic inspection equipment to ensure that all necessary procedures and products are inspected to a high standard.

Conduct visual and dimensional inspection, to ensure the parts, components, sub-assemblies and assemblies and the SRP meets the approved designs and specifications.

Any deviations or non-conformances including proposed changes shall be communicated to the “QC Manager”.

Maintain detailed testing records.
