**Job Description**

The Quality Control Inspector ensures that all incoming, in-process, and finished custom fasteners and precision machined components meet customer specifications, dimensional tolerances, and applicable industry quality standards. This role focuses on hands-on dimensional inspection, thread verification, and the use of precision measurement tools in a fast-paced job shop environment with a strong emphasis on accuracy, documentation, and traceability.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform detailed dimensional inspections on machined components to verify conformance to engineering drawings and specifications.
+ Inspect threads, pitch, and fit using Go/No-Go gauges and other precision measurement tools.
