Quality Control Technician
As a Quality Control Technician, you will play a key part in our quality assurance process — from inwards inspection through to hydraulic pressure testing and final dimensional checks.
You will work closely with production, welding, and machining teams to ensure cylinders meet company standards and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:Perform hydraulic pressure testing of completed cylinders. Conduct visual inspections and functional checks. Identify leaks, pressure loss, performance issues, or assembly faults. Record test results and ensure accurate documentation. Measure and verify critical dimensions (stroke, retracted length, mounting widths, pin sizes, threads, etc.). Confirm tolerances and correct component installation.
