**What you'll do**

+ Guide, instruct and communicate assigned work to employees in the department
+ Monitor group quality and performance, ensuring the team consistently follows work instructions and data card requirements
+ Assist Ops Leader in planning ways of utilizing personnel in the most efficient and profitable manner
+ Maintain flow of work in keeping to established schedules. Assure measuring instruments are calibrated and in good working condition
+ Assist Ops Leader in the administration of product quality, company policies and safety programs
+ Assist Ops Leader in maintaining proper paperwork required in department
+ Keep Ops Leader informed as to any operating difficulty and submit constructive recommendations to eliminate same
+ Assist workers in work related problems, including quality problems
