Job Description

Works with Production, Engineering and related department to solve quality issue happened in AE process and customer side, coordinate quality improvement activities in AE both for manufacturing process and product quality, ensure process ability and product quality meets AE standard and customer’s requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Control manufacturing process and monitor quality performance both internal & external, review quality data with related persons regularly.

Coordinate quality improvement activities for process stability and product quality, implement process audit and hold quality meetings, etc.

Handle quality issues happen in AE process and customer side, implement containment action, investigate the root cause, follow up corrective actions and response to related person/department, and Product Hold process follow up.

Drives quality standards, manages audits, and interfaces with customers on quality concerns...
