Quality Control Engineer

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reviews the approved quality control inspection plan (QCIP), policies and procedures.
• Conducts preliminary inspection (material receiving, in-process and final inspection) with the field operation group prior to joint inspection with the client.
• Ensures that all inspected materials and equipment are complied with the drawings, specifications, applicable requirements, codes and standards.
• Conducts orientation / tool box meeting with the field operation group for each discipline for the quality control implementation.
• Monitors daily inspection activities and associated documentation.
• Ensures internal request for inspection (RFI's) are attended properly and responsible for preparing necessary inspection reports and other documents for the close out of RFI's.
