Job Description

Quality Control Coordinator

Location: Telford
Salary: £38,414 + Overtime (1.5x)
Shift: 4 on 4 off (Days only – 7am to 7pm)
We’re looking for a Quality Control Coordinator to join Müller at our Telford site.

This is a great opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and improving quality standards, supporting laboratory operations, and driving food safety excellence across site.

Working alongside the Quality Control Manager and wider technical team, you’ll act as a key link between the lab and operations, ensuring accurate testing, reporting, and continuous improvement of quality processes.
What you’ll be doing
Managing out-of-specification (OOS) results and supporting root cause investigations

Producing quality reports, highlighting trends and driving corrective actions

Ensuring all testing meets brand and customer standards
