Job Title: Quality Control Associate
Location: Addison, IL (On-site)
Shift Options:

+ 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

+ 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

+ (Training on 1st shift for 2–4 weeks)

Pay: $18/hr + shift differential ($18.90–$19.80/hr)
Job Summary:
We are hiring Quality Control Associates to perform inspection and testing of medical packaging products in a cleanroom environment. This is a great entry-level opportunity to break into the medical device and healthcare industry, with strong growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform visual inspection of products for defects

+ Measure materials using rulers/tools (high precision)

+ Conduct tests (strength, seal, color checks)

+ Complete documentation and labeling

+ Report defects to production team

+ Pack finished products for shipment
