Job Description – Quality Control Assistant

Section : Production

Checking printing sample according to checkpoint

Communication with production team to ensure all product quality and safety in place during operation.

In charge the rejection from customer.

Monitor loading process.

Check printing paper & ensure in good condition.

Ensure the block is clean.

Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures

Assist operation team to ensure people and working place in good and clean condition.

Prepare and maintain QC reports and records with accuracy

Find block after received artwork hardcopy from production

Prepare and check block

Arrange block to printing machine

Perform GSM, burst strength, and ECT tests on each batch of base paper and finished...
