Quality Control Analyst in Laguna

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conducts various tests and analyses of raw materials, packaging materials, and end products to ensure they meet the specification.
• Conducts in-line inspection of processes, storage areas, incoming materials, end products, and outgoing deliveries to ensure they are compliant with the standards related to food safety.
• Prepares COA, evaluation reports, inspection reports, monitoring reports, and non-conformance reports for data records and traceability.
• Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.
• Review and ensure the test methods and procedures are correct and updated.
• Performs investigations and identifications of root causes of defects or quality problems.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in a food manufacturing set up.
• Must have at least 1 year of food testing analyses and in-line inspection.
