Quality compliance lead

Role : Quality Compliance Lead
ISO | CMMI | Process Excellence | Ahmedabad
We are hiring an experienced Quality Compliance Lead to drive enterprise-wide quality governance, process maturity, and compliance initiatives for a growing technology organization based in Ahmedabad.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Process Excellence, Compliance, or QMS
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- CMMI DEV v3.0 – Level 5
- CMMI SVC v3.0 – Level 5
- ISO 9001:2015
- ISO 27001:2022
- Proven experience independently leading:
- CMMI Level 5 appraisals
- ISO surveillance & recertification audits
- Process audits, CAPA/NCR management, and governance reviews
- Strong knowledge of:
- QPM, CAR, SPC, KPI frameworks, Process Improvement
- Six Sigma / Lean methodologies
- Agile, Dev Ops, and hybrid delivery environments
