Quality Assurance Technologist

About the role:
Join a high‑performing food manufacturing team producing specialty food ingredients including flavours, seasonings, coatings, dairy powders, plant proteins, marinades, stocks and beverage bases. This is a hands‑on QA role starting casual with full-time hours, with a strong view to going permanent after 3–6 months. Shift times are 6am-2pm.

You’ll support the laboratory and production teams by ensuring products meet strict quality and food safety standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Testing raw materials and finished goods
• ATP & allergen swabbing, hygiene inspections, and EMP swabs
• CCP verification checks
• Entering QA data into SAP for positive release
• Isolating non‑conforming stock and raising non‑conformances
