Quality Assurance Supervisor Day Shift Location: Fredericksburg, PA Salary: $55,000$70,000 per year Schedule: Day shift, typically Monday through Friday Department: Food Safety and Quality Assurance We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead food-safety and quality operations within a perishable food-processing facility. The right candidate must have previous QA experience in poultry, meat, seafood, dairy, refrigerated foods, or another perishable food-processing environment. Direct experience working with USDA or another regulatory agency is required. This position supervises approximately 8 to 10 Quality Assurance employees and plays a key role in HACCP, SSOP, regulatory compliance, audits, corrective actions, laboratory testing, documentation, and employee development.
