**Key** **Accountabilities**

+ Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for SFMC email campaignsautomation, pushnotifications and SMS, and integrations.

+ Perform manual testingtovalidatefunctionality, rendering, personalization, and data accuracyacrossmultipledevices and platforms.

+ Collaboratewithdevelopers, marketers, and data teamstoidentify, document, and resolvedefectsorissues.

+ Validate data flows, segmentation, and audience targeting within Data Extensions and ContactBuilder (SFMC).

+ Supportthedeployment and implementationof SFMC campaigns, ensuringadherenceto timelines and qualitystandards.

+ Monitor campaign performance post-deployment and assist in troubleshootinganyissues.

+ Maintaindetaileddocumentationof test cases, results, and implementationprocedures.

+ Stay currentwith SFMC platformupdates, testingtools, and industrybestpractices.
