Job Description
The Sales Calls QA Specialist monitors and evaluates outbound sales calls to ensure compliance, professionalism, and quality standards are met. This role provides feedback and coaching to improve agents' performance, sales effectiveness, and customer experience within the telecommunications campaign.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate outbound sales calls based on company quality and compliance standards.
- Provide feedback and coaching to agents to improve sales performance and call quality.
- Prepare QA reports and identify trends or areas for operational improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree graduate
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience.
- Proficient in CRM systems and call monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of QA scorecards, KPI tracking, and reporting.
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace skills....
