Job Description

• Assist in the development and implementation of PYOIC’s Food Safety Program
• Lead the review of the company’s Food Safety program
• Maintain and update the Food Safety Program
• Coordinate with the department heads on the Food Safety training of all employees
• Assist in the verification of procedures relating to Food Safety
• Assist in investigation of product complaints relating to Food Safety
• Prepare / review documents and records relating to Food Safety Management System (Food Safety Manual, HACCP Plan)
• In charge of internal food safety quality audits
• In charge of external quality audits of clients and government regulatory agencies
• Liaise with non-government and government regulatory agencies to keep updated on Food Safety regulations
• Manage and oversee documents related to quality management system ...
