Job description

·Reporting into the Head of Quality, the main tasks and responsibilities can be summarized as:

·Lead and develop the quality assurance team and be responsible for quality assurance across the entire production process, from product development to delivery.

·Ensure compliance with quality standards and norms and monitor their implementation.

·Implementation and optimization quality processes in the company. Moderation of quality workshops using systematic problem-solving processes.

·Internal and external audits and ensure documentation. Monitoring of quality data.

·Close collaboration with production and engineering to identify quality problems at an early stage and develop solutions.

·Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent professional education.
