Our client in the fruit processing industry is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join their team!
Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Food Technology, Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field
- 3 years' experience in a Quality Assurance role within the food, beverage, fruit processing, or juice manufacturing industry is beneficial
- 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management capacity
- Previous experience managing audits, quality systems, and compliance within a processing environment
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
- Valid driver's licence
