Quality Assurance Manager

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Quality Assurance
• Proven experience in a QA Manager role, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end Quality Lifecycle
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams of at least 50 members, including distributed/global teams
• Strong experience in defining and driving QA strategy, governance, and best practices across programs
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, including UI, API, and performance testing
• Experience in CI/CD integration and implementing shift-left and shift-right testing practices
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and modern engineering practices
• Preferred base location is Indore. The person should be working from the office.
• Exposure of AI led development will be a differentiator
