Quality assurance manager

The Opportunity
To lead and oversee all quality assurance and quality control activities for the construction and development of the school campus, ensuring that all civil, structural, architectural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), landscaping, and finishing works are executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, statutory requirements, and industry quality standards.
The role will be responsible for conducting quality audits, identifying deviations, certifying completed work, and ensuring the project is ready for operational handover.

Develop and implement Project Quality Assurance Plans (QAP).
Establish quality standards, inspection procedures, and testing protocols.
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, NBC standards, fire safety requirements, and educational infrastructure norms.
