Primary responsibilities include:
+ Conduct talent assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs within the Quality Assurance (QA) function.
+ Facilitate training programs through one-on-one coaching, workshops, mentoring, job shadowing, and onboarding activities for QA employees.
+ Perform audits and evaluations to measure training effectiveness, document performance gaps, and communicate findings to employees and leadership.
+ Partner with team members to improve training processes while ensuring compliance with safety standards, company policies, SOPs, and ISO requirements.
