Quality Assurance Automation Lead

We are seeking a highly technical and hands‑on QA & Stability Technical Lead to join a high‑profile Global Markets programme responsible for a mission‑critical workflow and task management platform. The system processes 8–9 million emails per month, supports hundreds of concurrent users, and is being modernised to scale to thousands of users whilst incorporating AI‑driven classification and workflow automation. This role is ideal for someone who remains deeply involved in automation engineering and non‑functional testing whilst providing technical leadership across quality, stability, performance, and release assurance. The successful candidate will be expected to lead by example, actively contributing to test automation, performance testing, environment management, and defect investigation.
