+ Support in the development of internal and external audits.

+ Assist in defining and monitoring compliance with objectives.

+ Aid in identifying and monitoring risks and opportunities.

+ Monitor and evaluate indicators.

+ Analyze customer complaints and claims, propose actions, and follow up.

+ Supervise compliance with quality and environmental plans for the projects we undertake.

+ Manage generated waste.
