Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Department Manager (Customer Representative) who will act as the internal representative of customer requirements related to quality standards.

This role is responsible for:

  • Identifying and managing special characteristics
  • Defining quality objectives and ensuring related training
  • Leading corrective and preventive actions
  • Supporting product design and development
  • Managing customer portals
  • The role also ensures the coordination and supervision of quality system implementation across the organization, in line with the Quality Manual and customer requirements, to maintain competitiveness.
