We offer a young professional program for individuals seeking practical experience in Packhouse Quality and Compliance. Suitable candidates will need to have the following minimum qualification and relevant experience: Minimum requirements

• A tertiary qualification in Fruit Technology, Microbiology, Quality Management, Business Administration, or currently pursuing studies in a related field is advantageous.
• Internal Auditing qualification and experience will be an advantage.
• Previous work experience in post-harvest fruit handling or fruit production environment will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.

• Familiarize yourself with current QC processes and product to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness.
