Job Description

The Quality Analyst is responsible for performing quality checks on received and produced goods to ensure products meet required specifications. Provides input to the warehouse team on goods to be released for production, customer shipment, or returned to suppliers. Offers guidelines to the production team on reworking products that do not meet standards.

Responsibilities/Key Activities:

• Maintain ongoing Halal status of ingredients by ensuring valid Halal certificates from suppliers.
• Uphold plant Halal practices.
• Conduct periodic Halal Committee meetings and checks at the shopfloor and facilities.
• Coordinate with Jabatan Agama Islam for Halal renewal and consultation.
• Renew Halal certificates timely.
• Implement HAS Manual requirements for Johor MU.
