Quality Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau
• Write, optimize, and manage SQL queries for data extraction, cleansing, and transformation
• Support management in making data‑driven decisions through accurate and timely analysis
• Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data‑backed improvements
• Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders and leadership teams
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and address data needs
