Job Title: Social Worker (Children)

Working Hours: Hybrid

Rate: £38 per hour

Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join a busy team in Blackburn, based within the Looked After Children team.

Responsibilities

Working with children and families to achieve the desired outcomes, discharging care orders, attending and participating in strategy meetings, and conducting Looked After Children Reviews.

Responsibilities also include completing Care Plans, Child Permanence Reports (CPR), Pathway Plans, and Children and Family Assessments. You will engage in multi‑agency working with partner agencies to ensure comprehensive support and effective service delivery.
