About the Role

Teach primary and secondary students using the Kip McGrath methodology in small group settings. Provide literacy and numeracy instruction and support student confidence and goal attainment. Work at the Kip McGrath Education Centre in Henderson, Auckland, New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 60‑minute small‑group lessons to students from Year 1 through Year 13.
• Plan and conduct face‑to‑face lessons using state‑of‑the‑art software to minimise preparation time.
• Commit to every class scheduled and maintain a consistent teaching presence.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
• Keep accurate online records of student progress and goals on a weekly basis.
• Provide verbal and written feedback to parents.
• Teach up to 2–3 sessions a day (Monday to Saturday).
