About the Role

This 38‑hour per week, permanent Level 5, NZ‑qualified Pharmacy Technician position involves dispensing, compounding, and repacking services within a hospital environment. Opportunities include participation in ward‑based multidisciplinary teams, assisting pharmacists with medicines reconciliation, assessment of patients’ own medicines, and discharge counselling.

The pharmacy team is well‑respected by clinicians, nursing staff, and senior management across the organisation. The department has a strong clinical presence across all hospital areas and links into the local community.
