Job Description

ROLE:  QS/ Lead Facilities Maintenance Engineer 
HOURS:  08:30-17:00, Monday to Friday
SALARY:  £45,-£47, dependent on experience 
BASE:  Clover Nook, Somercotes

We are looking for an Experienced QS/Facilities Maintenance Engineer to support the maintenance team and carry out duties such as supervise, validate, compile, and sign off NICEIC certification.
 
WHAT OUR QS/LEAD FACILITIES MAINTENANCE ENGINEERS DO: 
Manage the sign off and distribution of all electrical certifications
Support the FM maintenance department managing the day to day workload
Attend sites to survey/monitor and evaluate work as appropriate<...
