Responsibilities

• Provide daily direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, assisting with food consumption, transferring, and ambulating. Ensure a positive, home-like environment for residents, fostering trust and offering emotional support.
• Communicate and actively listen, working closely with residents' families. Monitor and report changes in resident condition or other relevant matters to the Charge Nurse.
