Job Description

Senior QE Lead to own test strategy drive automation and lead a team of 5 engineers in a Banking domain delivery environment. Equal parts hands-on technologist and people leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a QE team of 5 engineers to own delivery quality end-to-end.
• Define test strategy, quality gates and metrics reporting cadence.
• Design and govern automation frameworks using Robot Framework and Playwright, enforce standards and CI/CD integration.
• Act as the primary QE point of contact for client stakeholders, communicating status, risks and release readiness clearly.
• Apply banking domain knowledge to validate critical business workflows and compliance-sensitive test scenarios.

Must Have Requirements

• Experience 8 to 12 years in QE Testing, 3 years in a Lead role.
