United Rock provides the aggregate, Blue Diamond Materials provides the hot and warm mix asphalt manufacturing, and Sully-Miller Contracting executes the projects. Blue Diamond has five asphalt plants located throughout Southern California- Irwindale, Inglewood, South Gate, Sun Valley and Victorville.
