Job Title: Quality Control Technician

+ Santa Fe Springs 1st Shift Time: 7:30pm-4pm Monday – Friday

+ Commerce Facility 2nd Shift Time: 1:30pm-10pm Monday – Friday

+ Candidates should be willing to work one day on the weekend (6-day week total).-- BUT NOT EVERY WEEKEND

Job Description
As a Quality Control Technician, you will ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards in the lab and designated areas. Your role will involve calibrating lab and line equipment, collecting and testing in-process and finished product samples, and conducting various testing procedures such as microbiological, ATP, and product evaluation tests.
Responsibilities
