QC Manager

We are representing a leading integrated electronics and plastics manufacturer.

Position Title : QC/QA Manager

As the QC/QA Manager, youll be  responsible for:

• Designing and implementing robust Quality Control procedures
• Setting and achieving departmental productivity and quality goals
• Leading root-cause analysis and resolution of quality issues (in-house & customer)
• Overseeing Engineering Change Notices (ECN), Packing Standards, and QA documentation
• Acting as Quality Management Representative (QMR) and EHS Representative, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 & ISO 13485
• Coordinating audits, emergency meetings, and external liaison for quality systems
• Mentoring and developing a high-performing team of quality engineers
• Managing departmental budgets, resources, and performance reviews

Requirements

• A Bachelors degree in Engineering or Science
