QC Inspector

Work scope

• Carry out quality inspections in the factory using measuring instruments such as micrometer, vernier calipers, microscope, titration, etc.
• Carry out quality inspection for finished goods through welding.
• Prepare & submit a quality report to QA/Manager/Executive with an analysis report
• Work with Production Supervisors in resolving quality issues & monitor the effectiveness of newly implemented corrective actions or programs.
• Quality Management System (QMS) team member & execute assigned roles & responsibilities.
• Customer complaint investigations & writing analysis reports.
• Coordinate QA/QC activities in the factory.
• Provide briefing or training to the workforce on quality improvement topics.
• Require to work on rotating shifts (day & night) on a 6-day work week, working hours 7 am to 7 pm.
