QC Inspector

Responsibilities

A. QC Output 1. Determining inspection protocols, define sampling procedures and determining equipment and mechanisms to be used in the inspection process.2. Perform the daily task assigned by the QC supervisor and /or production planner to achieve Output targets3. To generate inspection report timely and precisely.4. Resolve drawing problem and customer specification by technical knowledge.5. Assist QA in customer complaint investigation by identifying the root cause and provide recommended actions.6. Ensure operation of QC tools always in good condition and calibrated.7. Confers with customer representative to resolve customer complaint.8. Work with a variety of department such as engineers, production planners and designers to test and assess the quality of product output.
