**1st Shift: Mon–Thurs, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM**

+ Perform in-process and final inspections of aircraft structures and systems

+ Conduct conformity and first article inspections
+ Support safety and continuous improvement initiatives
**Requirements:**
+ 1+ year of quality inspection experience or 2+ years of aerospace manufacturing experience
+ Ability to read engineering drawings/CATIA data
+ Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
