Qc & Formulation Development Chemist - Agrochemicals Division

We are setting up a new agrochemical formulations division at Suman Chemical Industries, Sachin GIDC, Surat. We are not looking for someone to sit in a lab and run samples all day. We are looking for a chemist who can run QC, conduct lab-scale formulation trials, troubleshoot production batches, and help us scale a product from bench to plant — all in one role.

🔬 WHAT YOU WILL DO

Quality Control

- Set up and run QC for agro formulation batches — raw material, in-process, and finished product analysis

- Operate and maintain analytical instruments: HPLC, GC, Karl Fischer, Particle Size Analyzer, Viscometer, UV Spectrophotometer, pH Meter

- Prepare and maintain COAs, batch records, calibration logs, and SOPs from scratch

- Ensure compliance with CIB&RC, BIS 6940, GLP, and ISO documentation standards

- Conduct stability studies and product changeover analysis
