QC Engineer

• Lead the QAQC team in developing, maintaining, and improving quality of product at Incoming, Process and Outgoing.
• To implement QAQC procedure based on the ISO 9001 and customer requirements and upkeep of related quality procedures.
• To supervise and guide QC Technician and Inspectors on their daily task.
• Operate the CMM, carry out dimensional inspections of components based on programmed routines, and ensure components comply with set quality standards and tolerances.
• Detect and address challenges related to CMM programming, equipment operation, and measurement precision. Oversee the routine upkeep and calibration of the CMM.
• Keep a systematic record of CMM programs, measurement routines, inspection reports, and calibration logs. Make sure documentation remains current and easily retrievable.
