The Responsibilities of the Job:

• Responsible for Lab and QA/QC activities in ensuring continuous and efficient operations to the desired productivity, quality and safety.
• Responsible for verification of any activities that related to QA & QC, including sample collection & inspection from Production, tank farm, incoming, in-process, first fill and outgoing. Example of samples: raw materials (oils), blended oil, packaging materials (quality only) and finished goods (quality only).
• All the samples collection from the Warehouse and Production such as 1. Receiving – road tanker/IBC, 2. first fill sample – filling & packing line, etc.
• As a back-up to Lab Technician or Senior Lab Technician. Assistant to coordinate and perform the support for product sampling, testing, record & filling the result.
• Responsible to conduct the spot check and regular inspection in Production, Warehouse and Tank Farm area, including laboratory and label room to ma...
