QC Analyst

Job Title: QC Analyst
Location: Orangeburg, NY
Type: Contract
Compensation: $21-$23/hour
Work Model: Onsite – onsite
Hours: 2:00 pm -10:30 pm

Responsibilities


+ Perform analyses of Clinical Chemistry, Critical Care, coagulation, and microbiology controls and reagents using various automated techniques in accordance with established quality standards and GMP requirements

+ Perform automated and manual assays as detailed in departmental/plant SOPs and QC Monographs, including raw material, in-process, and finished product testing

+ Interpret test results against specifications and decide if assays pass or fail

+ Maintain documentation of all work performed in accordance with GMP requirements

+ Conduct product stability, proficiency, environmental testing, and water system testing

+ Perform routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and cleaning of lab equipment
