Excel as a Level 2 QA/QC Welding Inspector at Academy, ensuring quality across fabrication projects. This full-time role includes direct collaboration with welders and ongoing quality assessments.
As a Level 2 QC Welding Inspector, you will conduct detailed inspections and evaluations of welds and spools, ensuring adherence to specifications. Your expertise in quality procedures will facilitate effective communication and resolution of defects alongside fabrication teams. You'll maintain essential logs and help uphold our standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect welds and dimensions compliance with standards
• Record welding parameters and heat inputs
• Confirm material grades and specifications
• Coordinate NDE evaluations as necessary
• Document daily inspection logs effectively
Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in a fabrication environment
